LEA provides a complete laboratory informatics environment to support high throughput, parallel, and automated experiment design, execution, analysis,and reporting. LEA software captures experiment design information, real-time run information, and analytical results together in one place for easy reporting and fast scientific decisions. LEA is made up of four components:
- Design complex high throughput experiments in an array-based format using an intuitive and easy-to-use graphical user interface. Import designs from DOE software packages
- Automate the execution of the designed experiments, integrating instruments from Freeslate and third parties into a single software environment
- Bring together data from the experiment design, processing (e.g., dispense amount, temperature), and analytics (e.g., FTIR, HPLC) into a single view, and report in a variety of different formats including Microsoft Office, PDF, HTML, JMP, Design-Expert, and Spotfire
- Capture all critical information including sample composition, processing steps, and analytical data using a centralized database, and link the information together for easy searching and reporting
