Parallel Pressure ReactorAutomated Platform for Parallel Synthesis and Polymerization Studies Our Parallel Pressure Reactor (PPR) is an automated platform for parallel synthesis and polymerization studies over a range of controlled temperatures and pressures in chemicals and pharmaceuticals laboratories. The modular PPR, with its unique hardware and software capabilities, provides a fully automated robotic platform in which up to 48 isolated reactions can be conducted in parallel or rapid-serial mode. The system enables a scientist to design experiments, prepare catalysts, inject reagents and catalysts, monitor conversion, and analyze data in one complete system. By enabling higher throughput and automation, the PPR reduces experimentation time and generates improved experiment-to-experiment reproducibility. This platform extends the capabilities of a scientist and a research team to explore a far broader range of reactions, catalysts, and reaction conditions than would be possible using conventional methods. Prepare: Modularized for Flexibility in ExperimentationDelivers robotic preparation: Design and automation software work together to allow the robotic system to interpret a recipe containing composition and process information and prepare stock solutions, dispense materials to the array of reactors, and set the reaction conditions. Handles injection under pressure: Liquids or slurries can be injected at pressure into the reactor cells to start or quench a reaction under the designed conditions. Process: Complete Automation for Faster Time to Result
Test: Multi-dimensional Experimentation for Better Data CorrelationThe PPR enables rapid analysis. Its ability to query data by parameters such as compound name, structure, reaction conditions, and conversion provides a simple way to manage hundreds of experiments across a campaign. Data are stored in an applications database, which facilitates the sharing of experiments across internal and external laboratories. Automated Catalyst Synthesis: Choose from a number of Freeslate catalyst synthesis platforms as needed.
