Freeslate offers systems for catalytic applications from small-scale, high throughput batch reactors to larger-scale, fixed-bed flow reactors for gas- or trickle-phase operation.

Our SPR and accompanying workflow accessories focus on high throughput batch screening of catalysts and reaction conditions, including inert gas, high temperature and high pressure. This allows you to explore broader phase space and screen more catalysts, under more conditions with less material.

Our PPR is an automated reactor system for parallel catalyst preparation, polymerization, and other organic and inorganic transformations over a range of controlled temperatures and pressures. The PPR provides a fully automated robotic platform in which up to 48 isolated reactions can be conducted in parallel or rapid-serial mode.

Our PDR is the latest innovation in polymer product and process development allowing unprecedented monitoring and control of reaction conditions in a parallel reactor. With a working volume of 200 mL in each of eight reactor cells, the PDR can screen slurry, bulk, and gas-phase polymerization catalysts and conditions while producing enough material to complete several traditional polymer performance tests.

Our ScPPR is a full-function reactor for emulsion polymerizations and other syntheses requiring continuous reagent addition. Combined with our software features for both composition and process design, this reactor can dramatically accelerate your study of these systems.

Our PFBR is an automated continuous flow reactor system for rapid catalyst and process optimization. Its ease of use and safety features—tested and hardened over years of research work in our labs and others—differentiates the PFBR from its competition.

All of our reactors use our LEA software for library design and execution, as well as integration of composition and performance data.
