Step 2: Developing Your Workflow
Next, our Work Flow Architects (WFA) team up with our internal scientists and engineers to design an integrated workflow that precisely addresses your challenge. We employ an iterative process designed to ensure everyone is confident that the resulting workflow will meet your needs.
We believe good communication throughout the needs assessment and solution design process is critical to reaching your best solution. We use the following steps to ensure that we are delivering a solution that meets your needs, and your project workflow architect (WFA) is available to answer questions at any time:
-
Stage 1: Design review
In this stage, we review the design of the workflow with you thoroughly. We also outline and discuss the risks of the project and create contingency plans.
-
Stage 2: System assembly
With your approval of the design, our systems engineers begin construction of the system. We'll keep you up-to-date on progress with periodic reports, and you can, of course, check on progress at any time through your WFA.
-
Stage 3: Engineering and software testing
We thoroughly test each solution to ensure the robustness of the workflow. With many systems already on the market for more than 10 years, you can be assured that our systems will serve your needs for the long run.
-
Stage 4: Workflow validation
We test your samples on your system in our labs and share the results with you. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we discuss your concerns and develop a plan for making sure the system will meet your needs.
