Step 3: Delivering Your Workflow
When the workflow design has been approved by your team and the engineering, assembly, and testing are complete, we manage the delivery of your workflow to ensure it works as designed in the real-world conditions of your lab.
As we near the delivery date, we make certain that you are ready to put your Freeslate solution to work. This includes providing you with documentation and a contact person in the lab, and managing the transition from our engineering and design teams to our service and support team.
-
Stage 1: Delivery of the workflow
We work with you to prepare your lab for delivery; that you have the space available and the personnel ready to set it up and use it. We understand that the value of a workflow is not just about delivering a robust solution, but making sure your labs are adequately prepared.
-
Stage 2: Installation of the workflow
A Freeslate engineer will arrive on-site to set up your workflow and ensure it meets your specifications. Depending on the workflow, one of our application scientists may also visit your lab to be there when you begin to use the system.
-
Stage 3: Initiating support
Upon delivery of your system, you will receive a customer welcome kit with user manuals and support contacts. Shortly after your workflow is installed, one of our support team will contact you to discuss your instrument and its performance. If needed, one of our application scientists may contact you to provide additional help to make sure you are getting the maximum value out of your workflow.
-
Stage 4: Post-sales support
Freeslate is committed to building the kind of relationships that create delighted customers and future partnerships. Our post-sales support team is in place to make sure that your system continues to work as specified and that any issues are resolved to your satisfaction.
