Given the complexity of the protein formulation problem, high throughput can be the ideal solution. We have workflow solutions for characterizing stability in early formulation under a variety of stress conditions. These can also be applied to evaluating the robustness of a manufacturing process in commercial formulation.

Protein Formulation Assessment Workflow

The extensibility of our CM3 platform allows us to easily integrate third-party analytics. The CM3 platform can perform high throughput formulation and perform a simple assessment with analytics like viscosity and pH on deck as well as prepare samples and feed them to third-party analytics.

Integrated 6 Axis Robot Protein Formulation Workflow

We have a Fully Integrated Protein Formulation Workflow that allows for broad testing of protein formulations and formulation robustness to occur early in the development process. Our workflow integrates the sample preparation for, and data collection from, a broad range of instruments. In addition, this workflow has extensive physical integration to provide for hands-free, unattended operation.
