We have developed solutions for many phases of the product development life cycle, but our screening reactor and catalyst synthesis technologies are where we have the biggest impact. Our catalyst synthesis and screening technologies have been developed to work with all major materials classes including supported catalysts, bulk catalysts, and micro- and meso-porous materials.

Other capabilities include our Sample Agglomeration & Sizing System (SASS), which comprises parallel pressing, grinding, and sieving to produce a controlled catalyst particle size range to ensure scalable hydrodynamics in flow reactors.
Catalyst Discovery and Optimization
You can accelerate discovery by screening a broader experimental space. In looking at research in this area, a key to innovation is the ability to increase screening throughput while maintaining relevant reaction conditions. We developed our Screening Pressure Reactor (SPR) to do exactly that. The SPR is a revolutionary device allowing for screening of hundreds of catalysts in the time it takes to perform one conventional experiment.
We have also developed other reactors intended for later stage catalyst screening. For example, our Parallel Fixed Bed Reactor (PFBR) is a continuous flow unit that allows additional screening to gather even more information about a catalyst.
We understand that in order to accelerate your research we need to address all the bottlenecks in your workflow. This includes characterization of your materials. Through our LEA software suite, we offer the ability to integrate third party analytics for characterizing your material. Data from analytics can be viewed with information from an experimental run, allowing for more informed decision-making.
