Freeslate offers proven, reliable solutions for high throughput catalyst synthesis. Based on our configurable CM3 platform, the Freeslate Reaction Screening System can be used for the synthesis of ligands and the preparation of metallocenes and post-metallocene molecular catalysts.
Our close cooperation with industry leading companies, coupled with the history of internal research, has resulted in the best high throughput polymerization reactor technology in the world. The Freeslate Parallel Pressure Reactor (PPR) and Product Development Reactor (PDR) are parallel, automated systems that dramatically accelerate catalyst research and new product development by providing proven catalyst optimization and screening capabilities, as well as superior and scalable process control.
We have integrated a number of analytics for measuring the key properties of your polymers. Our high throughput analytics include Rapid GPC, FT-IR, and DSC. Integrated data sets, including catalyst composition and analysis, polymerization process parameters and data, and polymer product analyses, are easily and securely shared across an organization to make faster and better decisions.
Freeslate has collaborated with HTExplore to provide access to powerful high throughput research capabilities for those labs not yet in a position to acquire and use HTR directly. HTExplore provides services for polyolefin and organometallic catalysis research utilizing Freeslate HTR systems. Services range from catalyst benchmarking, optimization, and discovery to specialized consulting and training services. HTExplore is a spin-off of the Laboratory of Stereoselective Polymerization, headed by Prof. Vincenzo Busico , and is co-located with the Department of Chemical Sciences Federico II University of Naples.
